With over a decade of experience leading operations and people in the hospitality industry, Kyla brings an enthusiastic, collaborative approach to everything she does. She’s passionate about creating positive, inclusive workplaces and building strong relationships along the way.
Kyla recently completed her Business Administration diploma specializing in Human Resources and is a CPHR Candidate member. She’s especially interested in training and development and how AI can be used to improve HR practices and the employee experience.
Outside of work, Kyla loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She’s always experimenting in the kitchen, tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, or diving into a creative project.
