Kathryn Lowry
HR Generalist
Kathryn brings almost a decade of well-rounded Human Resources experience, including recruitment, training and coaching, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and building and developing strong teams, and has strong experience with non-profits and Indigenous organizations.
Known for her collaboration and people-first approach, Kathryn is passionate about supporting organizations and leaders in aligning operations and business goals with strong HR practices and developing team members to be the best they can be. She values integrity, kindness, and dedication to excellence, and is excited to continue to grow her career in HR with Tenfold HR Solutions.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, is currently CPHR Candidate, and obtained her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, and loves dog park days with her 3 dogs.
