Jessica is a dedicated HR and payroll professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service to her clients. She has gained a broad range of experience in the fast-paced automotive retail sector, where she was responsible for varied HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding, and employee engagement.

She has also led complex projects such as payroll system conversions and benefits plan transitions. Jessica holds a diploma in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University, is a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner, and is working towards her CPHR designation.
