HR Manager
Grant brings to Tenfold over a decade of HR experience. After starting his career in training and development, he moved into full-scope HR Management – providing guidance and coaching to company leaders across all business functions. He has success working closely with operations management and executive teams to ensure that the HR strategy, programs, policies, and procedures are created and implemented to effectively align the company’s goals and vision.
Grant has experience in areas including mergers & acquisitions, performance management, training program creation, and HRIS implementation. His previous work scope covered locations across Canada with a specialization in the environmental services, transportation, and waste industries. In addition to his bachelor’s degree in Education, he graduated with Honors with his Human Resources Management Certificate, both through the University of Alberta.
