Deanne started Tenfold HR Solutions in 2016, leveraging her 15+ years of HR experience to help small to medium-sized businesses establish or improve their HR functions.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Deanne has been involved in small business initiatives since high school and approaches client HR initiatives with a focus on their unique needs. After earning her BComm from the University of Alberta in 2004, Deanne began her career in HR with a year of dedicated recruitment before transitioning to a generalist role that included leading HR initiatives in Canada and the US. To support cross-border operations, she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and later upgraded to Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), in addition to obtaining her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Deanne also completed a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre and has worked with larger companies, such as Finning Canada and ATCO Electric, specializing in labour relations. As a passionate HR professional, Deanne is excited to lead Tenfold HR Solutions alongside the leadership team.
