Chris Pangrass is Tenfold HR Solutions’ Director of Operations & HR and has been part of the Tenfold team since 2021. A seasoned HR and operations leader, Chris brings broad experience across industries including technology, automotive, retail, and professional services.
At Tenfold, Chris oversees client delivery and the team members who support our clients, ensuring each organization is aligned with the right HR expertise and resources. He also works directly with clients across Western Canada, including municipalities and Indigenous Nations, supporting HR strategy, leadership training and development, workforce planning, and complex people needs.
Chris brings a practical, business-focused approach to HR and is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening teams, and helping organizations build people practices that support long-term success.
