Brittany brings over a decade of Human Resources experience, including more than six years in consulting. Starting in recruitment, she quickly grew into full-scope HR management, supporting clients across various industries with leadership coaching, system implementation, and strategic HR solutions.
Known for her practical approach and people-first mindset, Brittany specializes in employee relations, organizational design, and engagement strategy. She’s passionate about helping leaders build strong, compliant, and high-performing teams by aligning HR practices with business goals.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources with a Management minor from MacEwan University and earned her CPHR designation in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, paddle-boarding, and mindfulness practices.
