Amanda is a natural human resource leader with over ten years of professional experience. She began her career in Paris, France, where she gained expertise in European payroll and HR management. After returning to Canada, she spent four years leading an international HR team with operations in Canada, the US, France, and Uruguay.
Amanda has a proven track record of designing strategic workforce plans, driving change management strategies, and using benchmarking and market analysis to develop compensation plans. She excels at designing and implementing strategic HR plans tailored to each client’s unique environment and business goals.
Amanda is passionate about people-driven business strategy and brings a wealth of HR knowledge to the leadership team at Tenfold HR Solutions and their clients. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and achieved her Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation in 2017. In 2018, she completed her Master of Business Administration at Queen’s University.
