Tenfold HR Solutions is a growing Alberta based HR company, headquartered in Edmonton with team members in Edmonton, Red Deer, and Calgary, supporting organizations across Western Canada.

What It Means to Be a Tenfold HR Consultant
Being an HR Consultant at Tenfold means becoming a trusted extension of our clients’ teams. You’ll work across different organizations, industries, and workplace cultures, providing customized HR support that ranges from day-to-day needs to complex projects and strategic initiatives.
Our consultants manage multiple client relationships, priorities, and projects at the same time. You may be leading recruitment, advising a manager, developing HR foundations, supporting employee relations, or collaborating with another Tenfold team member to bring the right expertise to a client.
Consulting also requires a different way of working. Our team is accountable for managing time efficiently, staying organized, communicating proactively, and delivering meaningful results.
Like other professional consulting environments, we track our time in 15-minute increments, so clients receive clear, focused support for the time they use.
