With a “Fixed Monthly plan,” there is a set fee for a set number of hours per month, regardless of the category used. With both plans, you benefit from the same high standard of personalized service.

On both the “As Needed” and “Fixed Monthly Fee” plans, you would have a team available to you consisting of the following as required:
- An HR Director responsible for strategy and program creation, working primarily with your leadership team and overseeing the delivery of quality work.
- An HR Generalist responsible for day-to-day HR activities, who will be the primary contact for your employees and supervisors, and execution of strategy and programs.
- An HR Coordinator responsible for supporting the Generalist and Director, recruitment, on-boarding, benefits enrolment, and other assistance as needed.
